This train arrived 6 hrs late yesterday & departed right time even without cleanliness , maintainance. In the past Staff tried to clean but now no cleaning is done when it arrives. Completely ruining it day by day

This could be an honest mistake from CDO's side as we can see that they've arranged temporary train banners, these are not even permanent Train Boards.

It's a new CDO at Balurghat maybe the staff are new or they don't have all the necessary equipments.
But things will definitely improve as the station is getting developed. Both old as well new terminal are in West Bengal now it will be more easier to Balurghat and nearby area people to board the train as they won't have to travel to Malda like before.

Yeh kisi Rf ka banaya hua proposal hai Railway ka nahin toh isliye iss par trust na karein
What will happen to Farakka Express compensation then? Will it be proposed via Moradabad as kanpur slot will be filled by this train?
Waiting for official notification. If this is done, then it will be superhit.

Either a genuine proposal sent by RFs or public to Railways or some imaginary train created by a RF in MS Excel or Word.

Khammam is planned with good roads compared to kakinada dont compare ap roads with ts roads i agree may be there is a slight margin of population will be higher i think.

For Khammam to surpass Kakinada in terms of population, there should be many villages around khammam which should be a part of municipal corporation. I don't think there are many such outgrowth hotspots under KMC which can add the necessary population. May be it can get anywhere near 4 to 4.2 lakh but not more than that.
Yeah i mentioned if census is done in recent times kakinada and khammam there will not be much big margin
