दोनो गाड़ियों के लिए सहयोग केंद्र, एलॉन्समेंट द्वारा, हेल्प डेस्क द्वारा तथा स्टेशन पर टीटीई स्टॉफ के द्वारा यात्रियों को स्टेशन पर जानकारी उपलब्ध कराई जा रही है।
