Unpopular opinion: Railways should change vande bharat / tejas of SR's coffee to regular south Indian filter coffee - Its sometimes too much to taste masala coffee or ginger tea - its no way tastier. Especially giving so much amount just to taste that disgusting coffee is bad ! Earlier Mys shatabdi used to serve food according to south with filter coffee. Railways cant make same food all across region and give watery sambar as south indian food . Early premium trains used to have regional food according to zone.

Right ! Its ok for other states but north TN and KA its always filter coffee ! Shatabdi used to serve idlys , pongal, upma etc - But now its more chapathy , watery sambar kurma with masala coffee (how boring) ! Especially eating those from VB is disappointing
Railways should serve food according to the regional cuisine, especially in the short run premium trains. So, proper south Indian food in say, from the Bangalore originating VBs or fish in the HWH bound VBs.
Non veg or Veg depend on people's choice. If someone select Non-veg then its their choice (fish if thats what the regional is)

Completely agree with you with the menu. The coffee powder or tea powder sachet they provide is only half the amount what we use in our home that too with water. You can't expect even a telugu traveller to eat 2-3:rotis in afternoon. Dal and curry are min requirement and add ot it the helpers are all from north and dont know local language.
So true. And Why cutlet for evening snack ! They could do masala vade, medu vada for evening snack with tea. It would make sense even if its NR based MAS NZM rajdhani cause crew might be NR but they do give chaat foods in complete SR trains that are not our menu ! Its zero taste when i say its zero I mean its ZEROOOOO lol

Yep, really shocked and surprised it was offered LHB coaches ЁЯШВЁЯШВ like OMG !! But being a Special Train the Punctuality of this train will be questionable because of other normal trains being given first preferences in Section Controlling hope Vasco-Patna itself doesn't overtake this one !! But Overall Happy a Summer Special train being run !!
It will have around 28 hours lie over for SM at MFP
VSG CDO has lot of LHB coaches now. Most probably same rake will be used to convert VSG YPR express from June.
So as you had mentioned me earlier about this /blog/post/6011025 can this be the rake being used for this 07309 Special train and maybe later Yes this will be regularised for Yesvantpur Express.
