Thanx again for ur help. I will be reaching MGS at 12:15AM on sunday and the first train on that day would be swatantra senani at 8:40AM so there is too much time gap. I know that private buses start from 6AM in morning from andra bridge but do u have any idea about roadways buses and their timing??

Do one thing, when you take take taxi, ask him about timing of buses for Ghazipur, he will tell you or if you don't have much luggage then get down at Roadways bus station which is just infront of Varanasi Junction and check in enquiry. I have taken bus for Ghazipur once around 0600 from Roadways Bus Stand.

Thanx again for providing helpful information. Buses from varanasi to ghazipur are available form early morning to late night( both pvt and roadways but roadways are better) and there is one passenger at 5AM and I saw lot of people on station at that time so I guess its safe to travel at that time.
