Grievance Description : i am regular traveler to pune railway station, i generally book taxi to go to my home from pune station. but the agents who collects parking charges are collecting unofficial parking charges from the passengers/taxi drivers even though the taxi comes to station just pickup(just 1 minute stop in station area to get us in). i ask the parking fee collecting agent whether there is any rule to collect parking fee even though it comes for pick up and didn't stopped in parking area, agents are very rude and started fighting with me , even they are black mailing drivers that they will not allow taxi to station area in future. Giving parking fee is ok if the taxi is parked in parking area, but giving parking fee just for pickup seems to be not correct. this has happened to me number of times and agents are very rude. please look into this issue seriously.
