what is seating arrangemetn is Garib rath, 3x3 or something else.
I had chance to see Seating in GR ERN/LTT, but could not make it to go to seating coach.

Garib Rath and Yuva have 3*3 arrangement. The seats are cushioned but there is no pushback system. Every seat has a foldable tray in front (like in Shatabdi) which is mostly used for sleeping.

I agree. It is only be opted as a last option of travel. I have travelled twice in Garib Rath CC and know how tiresome it is. One cannot even stretch ones legs properly. The CC are only good for max 5-6 hrs journey and not recommended for night travel.
