traveled with this train recently, i was sad to see the state of cleanliness in this train. almost all the toilets in SL coaches were dirty and there was foul odor from time of originating station itself.

the situation was similar in AC coaches too, there was no odor in toilets but they were far from clean. the floors inside the coaches were not washed, the upper berths had layer of dust. only saving grace was clean bedrolls but attendants chewing panmasals was a big turn off.

on inquiring about the sad state of cleanliness in the train, the TTE told me that there is huge lack of manpower at originating station Muzafarrpur/MFP and hence the rakes are not cleaned to desired levels.
....
now i dint knew should i complain or not, just dint knew whom to blame for poor state of the rakes.
the zone where the train originates ? IR for not providing adequate manpower ?
....
PS - this post is not mean to bash any zone or station and request people not to post ant offensive or abusive post targeting any zone. I am writing this post out of sadness over poor upkeep of a train.
