Yes pro business for Private parties(Adani & ambani). Modia (Modi + Media) already sold Road and Port to Adani now its time to sell Rail. Nothing for public. Now Rail fare will be hiked as per Dizel. Every budget rail fare is hike for facility. Now they directly link with dizel which already Congress done and BJP approved now this. Where is " Ache Din". Ache din is only for Business house and Modi.
