Sir, though it's understandable that the charts would be prepared by this time for trains departing early morning the next day, how come the indianrail.gov.in site is still - even now, at 9.53 pm - showing that 10 seats are available?! This is a serious anomaly, as the IndianRail site is supposed to be real-time too, just like IRCTC. Would I be able to book the tickets (CC) now (it's now nearly 10 pm, and I'm put up at a place some 10 minutes from the BBS station), or do I need to do this tomorrow morning (i.e., how many hours prior to the departure of a given train does its current booking open). Thanks for your advice.

current tkt issued 2-4 hrs before train dep so go accordingly

bbs current counter is near pf tkts counter in pf 1 , since distance is less he may say contact train tte but u ask tkt saying rush will be there due to pooja festive so plz give tkt, 10 seats avl so give the tkt.
