Manmad has a unique arrangement of tracks due to which no reversal is required for any train. Check the attached image.
The two tracks towards Aurangabad and Daund actually run together for a few kilometers before Manmad. This allows all trains to move in any direction without loco reversal.

As per guest blogger there is reversal at Manmad.
Many times the timetables of trains show very less stoppage time at certain junctions where actually there is reversal. Check timetable of following trains at Udhna Junctions which shows stoppage time of only 2 mins although they have a reversal:
