Complete Discrimination by IR towards zones.
Its good that trains are getting LHBfied but it should be in proper manner in uniform ways...
Here are the trains which has gone rake conversion from ICF to LHB (I am not including Rajdhani, Shatabdi, Duronto, and trains that directly got LHB on their introduction).

poorva ka ek he rake shuru2 me LHB hua tha sare rakes LHB karne me bahut time laga tha...even purushottam ka ek ek kar ke rake aa ke aise he khada rehta tha jab tak sare rake pairs complete nahi ho gaye and is process me kaafi jyada time lag gaya....
impossible to nahi hai but ek bahut time taking procedure hai sath me accha investment bhi lagta hai IR ko is kaa ke liye...agar aaj announce kiya jaye to bhu 1 saal se jyada he lag jaenge LHB dene me puri tarah ya usse jyada bhi lag skta h..
