On 28th Oct 14, in Train 11015 Kushinagar Express, there was no water in the Toilets in the AC compartments. The Toilet Flush was also not working. The passengers had a very tough time bearing the stinking toilets and in the morning it was complete chaos. Being a train departing at night (10.45 p.m), there should be sufficient water in the toilets but there was no water from the starting point i.e. LTT itself. The passengers suffered a lot and were severely inconvenienced, despite paying the AC coach rail fare and service tax. There has been deficiency of service in this case and the amount of Service tax charged by the railways should be refunded back to the passengers immediately. Action should be taken to prevent occurrences of such incidents in future.
