As we all know that WDP4 had problems initially because of long hood there was problem to sight signals at high speed. The MPS of WDP 4/4B in LHF is only 110 as decided by RDSO and CRS.
Anyone can ask this and verify via PGPORTAL.
So all the 130 claims are not true,
The train schedule also doesn't require more than 110 anyways....

why OBJECTION ? you are right dear LONG HOOD creates problems...but still LPs of Dibrugarh Rajdhani takes it till 120 in LHF mode if they are running after time :) and if ontime 110 kmph is perfect :)

12051/52 Jan did 120 with UBL WDP4, before 2005, it used to cover LTT to Madgaon in 7h 45 mins flat.
