anna~ 5521 blog postsOn a personal note, I think instead of running this DD and ANVT LJN DD seperatly, one common DD (JP-LJN via NDLS-MB) should run.
This would more better connections from JP/AWR/DEC to GZB/MB/BE/LJN.
1 rake of NWR and 1 rake of NR , both will be maintained by each zones alternative day, like full day intercity with two rakes, 1 starting from JP, 1 from LJN,

In case it becomes JP-LJN DD via NDLS/ANVT, then ANVT would most probably come under RLGN or PQWL...that would reduce the quota for Delhi..NDLS-LKO/LJN is having huge passenger movement, and no train on this train runs empty, whatsoever it may be. So Lucknow indeed needs a dedicated DD from Delhi, which would most probably run full from Delhi itself...
