Grievance Description : Sir, With regards to above mentioned subject, I want to state that At Thane, We have 9.39 Vashi Local from Trans-Harbor line. After that, there is 9.50 Vashi local which is ladies special. After that, there is Panvel local at 10.00. Thus, For Male passengers, there is no train between 9.39 10.00 hence, Male passengers wait for 21 MINITUES. This is long waiting time, especially during peak hours. However, I don’t request you to cancel ladies special train. However, by looking at the problem faced by Male passengers, I suggest to reserve some coaches in ladies special train for Male passengers. This is better way, as it will cater needs of both female male passengers. I request you to look into matter do needful. I request you to do further correspondence through E-Mail. Thanks regards.
