I Used Wi-Fi Service (Railweb) @ New Delhi
You Just Need To Select The Wi-Fi Network
It'll Ask You To Enter Your Mobile No.
Once You Enter The No. & Submit You'll Recieve A Text Message
Name Will Be Your Mobile No. & Password Will Be Given By IR
Just Enter The User Name & Password & Enjoy The Free Service
As Per My Experience You Can Only Browse No Downloads Allowed
If You Disconnect Inbetween You've To Enter The Usename Password Again
Once You Consume Your Free Time
You'll Get A Text Where You Can Buy Prepaid Vouchers
Rs. 25 For 30 Min & 35 For An Hour.
