Hi
Am trying to book tickets through the irctc web site for feb 2010
the end result of it is that (Reservation Suspended) wht does this
stands for or should i go to some rly booking counter inorder to
get the tickets plz help me out.

Ticket booking accepted by Railway within 90 days from the date of journey. Pleas check your date.

reservation suspended means a new version of the train is planned to be fired into the system - please try after a day or two.
