This reaches KJM at 0730 and reaches SBC after one hour. I suggest this train can be extended to Mumbai with following TT and stoppages:-
SBC Dep 0900, YNK 0930, DMM 1300, ATP 1345, GTL 1530, RC 1730, WADI 2000, GR 2045, SUR 2245, PUNE 0300, KYN 0615, LTT 0715. Can be slight re-alignment wherever required.
Return trip: Can start between 1700-1800 (squeezed between Deccan Exp and Sahyadri Exp) and have TT to reach SBC by 1600 and further proceed to KCVL.

Between SBC-GTL, no trains are there after 0800 upto 1400, hardly any trains. Again from GTL-SUR it is almost double line. Between SUR-Mumbai, after Siddeshwar at 2245, no trains are there towards Pune/ Mumbai.
Points to note:
1. If any objection is raised about PF at SBC, I suggest that this can get its LR at BNC and go towards YNK. If it is felt not possible, from KJM itself it can go towards YNK, in that case, timings can get advanced by an hour.
2. From LTT arrival at 0715, this can run back to Hubli (home zone HQ) as LTT-UBL daily train, for its maintenance etc. Can reach LTT from UBL at suitable timings.
3. This will be like 16631/ 16332 TVC-CSTM train with AM/ PM timings interchanged in travel towards Mumbai.
4. If any one feels that running upto Mumbai is not possible, can run atleast upto Pune.
