sir, i want to know something from you that my father wants to come from lucknow to mumbai by this train on 28 may in tatkal ,so how do i book the ticket as there are no agent over there and reservation employee at farrukhabad counter are very slow they take 5 min to book one ticket so its not possible to get tatkal confirm ticket because of their slowness in work, is there any other way to get tatkal confirm ticket quickly. i stay at mumbai and my father is in farrukhabad [ uttar pradesh] right now.
