Why are the Fares Same for a Passenger and Express/Mail Train...??? Sir, It is Available... As per Indian Railways Website... Click to open. There is only one 2AC coach. @Sanket One can see the coach lying near the yard if you travel anytime during the day. There is one 2AC Coach... But, I meant 2 Coaches in Rotation... Yes, one for UP and one for DN train. Ok. Now I am able to recollect that earlier that AC coach was kept attached till ADI. but now is been detached at ST. From ADI--->BCT, it is second last away from engine. Isn't it ?? Not quite sure of the ADI-BCT, but for 59441, it is second from engine. That is same and supporting that while ADI-->BCT trip, it is second last. :) Ya right. I thought you had said it was second from engine in ADI-BCT :) Earlier (not sooner than 2008) it was kept intact in the rake till ADI (In fact Viramgam itself ) [now permanently short-teminated] I have been travelling in 59441 for almost 3 years now. Have seen the coaches being detached at Surat everytime. Also do you by any chance know if this train used to run till Viramgam earlier because it was earlier called as Viramgam passenger even about a year back even though the timetable showed it to run till Ahmedabad. It indeed was a 'Viramgam-BCT passenger'. But it could not make upto ADI from VRM and vice versa well easily to match the current time-table and required more than 2 rakes. So permanently short-terminated. |
