How can I get a confirm tatkal ticket via IRCTC.? Since last week I have been continuously trying to book a tatkal ticket, but at 10:01 AM, all the vacant seats get full or regrets the ticket booking. I am amazed that there are so many trains to Hometown Bihar but still its a daunting task to get a reservation as confirm ticket.
Although I tried at reservation counter, only the first two people were able to get the confirm ticket, and the rest of like me were looking just in vain.

a fact, that hardly 30% of total commuters know how to book ticket, have computer and internet connection and visit the IRCTC website to book the ticket. So where does this all Confirm ticket goes?
Its a railway ticket booking scam, which is a problem for a common people. If a person is poor inefficient to produce huge charge for a ticket to an agent then it means that he can never get a confirm ticket or can travel with a confirm ticket.
Even if the person is not having a good knowledge of Technology and does not have paid software to book tickets quickly by IRCTC, then he has to depend upon the agent only or will travel as wait-list passenger.

It is a problem for every common people and if it continues then it would be a dream for a poor person,middle class people who does not wants to pay bribe to an agent and the people who are not tech savvy; to get a confirm rail ticket.
