1. "you will be free please seat your home book yur ticket if you can" - If I can? No, I can't, because Touts/agents block the irctc tatkal period, they block the PRS windows, they shake hands with PRS staff and they block everything so that genuine passengers have to pay illegal money.
2. "aapko malum hai ek agent ka ghar kese chalta hai" - No one forces an agent to become an agent. Out of thousands of other professions and jobs, an agent is free to chose any other which is comparatively less harder and brings money without bad-dua from travellers

"station par dalal jo dhandhli karte hai aur bhugatna humko pada hai pichle paanch saalo me" - If you say that because of your rogue colleagues, 'genuine' agents ('genuine agent' sounds like an oxymoron) had to suffer, then tell me what have you or your agent association has done to debar / ban / get arrested / disqualify the touts? Have you filed a complaint / FIR against touts? Have you done anything except writing this post? And tell me have you NEVER accepted anything above the agent service charges fixed by IRCTC i.e. Rs 10/20 per ticket? If not, you got no right to defend yourself
4. "aur hum aapko kaha bulane aate hai aap aaiye aur hamare pass se ticket lijye!" - Han hum nahi ate, kyoki hum se haram ke paise nahi diye jate. Hum general me travel karte hai par agent ko black money de k ticket nahi lete. Rahi baat un logo ki jo aate hain aap jaiso ke pass, Aap nahi bulate unhe, par wo aap logo dwara create ki gayi situations ke karan aate hai aapke pass (refer Point no. 1 above)
