Your schedule looks aggressive like tn express which railways are not giving to new trains nowadays and getting a morning slot between 5-9 is something very difficult which many trains and zones and passngers are looking for. Instead a new train from vskp to nee delhi can be introduced in slot of orissa smapakkranthi express which gives connectivity from vskp bam to new delhi connecting all the cities from gaya to kanpur.
VSKP already has good number of trains to NDLS....Secondly,VSKP to BBS--8 hrs and BBS-NDLS- 24 hours(Assuming RAjdhani)...so its 32 hrs.....which is impractical too.. So this train will serve to maas from all sectors including VZM,PSA
