When they say that more than 40% people in the middle ages and old ages suffer from sugar problem and have to take tea/coffee without sugar, why cant the caterers arrange at least one can of tea/coffee without sugar during convenient time? One has to walk all the way to the pantry car to get one. And the tea/coffee served in the coaches are invariably more of sugary water.
How to make this happen? Can any one help me? I am a diabetes patient and find it difficult to travel long distances.

even though many diabetes people are there, the majority of people still consume sugar and in a mass kitchen its not economically feasible to introduce such concept. now a days since the vendor gives only milk from the drum and gives tea bag, you can opt for one more tea bag (costs extra) and take it.
alternatively, you can take tea bags and just ask for hot water from the vendor which he will provide. its an adjustment for both of you.

Sir, there is a silver line.. I came yesterday in Karnataka SK 12650 in AC-2 Tier and the waiter was offering sugaless tea and coffee by calling out. My view is that they can easily cater for diabetic passengers provided
(a) You order for a full pot
(b) You order in advance and ask the waiter

Thank you all for the comments and suggestions. Sometimes distant expectations come true one day. This also could happen one day.
Regarding the train to Indore from Chennai (Ahilyanagari express), it is weekly train and most often very difficult to get confirmed tickets. I don't know when the frequency will be enhanced.
Now that Mamta will become CM, the next Railway minister can be from MP and do something for the passengers.

These days, every other day, we are getting requests from members to allow email login to their FB-based IRI account. 10 years ago, we had given the option for users to login through FaceBook - in retrospect, this was a mistake. These days, apparently, users are quitting FaceBook in droves because...
