A small conversation with a very best friend of mine and his request for a short, really short meet made me to reach Allahabad at exact 22:30 hours albeit I had to go ALD at 12302 HWH Raj time. Checked NTES train was still far with SK closely running behind Howrah Duranto, VS was shunted somewhere for HD OT which made SK too OT VS. Anyway, coming back to video description. I am very poor in writing descriptions and they get quite lengthy with many spelling mistakes apart from grammatical /tense errors as typing from mobile is hell.
Six freights arrived ALD and departed in sequence, one more freight arrived on mainline, the next arrived at pf-3 which made my wonder and worried if they make HD pass through pf-2 as pf-1 was occupied by ALD JP Express and pf-3 & mainline between pf-3 and pf-4 were occupied by freights. Checked NTES and howrah duronto was at Naini which made me more worried but wait this time the luck favored me. Late running 12397 Mahabodhi Express arrived at pf-2 and main line freight departed as soon as Mahabodhi arrived which made the picture crystal clear. After a wait of 15 minutes 12273 behind howrah wap4 curves into ald outer but wait....the starter was red. ' Are they gonna stop this Duronto ? No, they can't.....or may be yes, god knows ' I started taking video and a lazy couple instead of taking FOB jumped on tracks to go to pf-1, the man was quick but the woman was slow even I warned the lady not to challenge the beast and she stopped but then continuous call from her husband who was on the other side made her to cross the track and it was really a narrow escape of her from beast. She was just missed by few nano seconds, thanks to the red signal ahead.
The signal cleared quite late and the train slowly skipped allahabad jn. giving us much time to see each other not properly but to some extent. And 12273 in its pride bows at its best to Allahabad and overtakes 12397 Mahabodhi Express at pf-2 and freight at pf-3.
