Sir I am also surprised with this occurrence but currently everyone thinks that it got what Kalka had to get but thats not true. "Reputation" belongs only upto RFs and I am saying this because this train also had 65 kmph average and delays more or less same as Poorva but I am not saying that its equally enough as Poorva but technically If Poorva can have it then Biweekly can also have it on practical grounds. Now the Kalka factor,Yes I know after cancellations of the LHBfication proposal of Vikramshila the proposal shifted to Kalka and ER is getting Non AC LHB coaches in bulk and everyone knows that because new coaches are lying on every other station but there are few major problems which were becoming obstacles for Kalka and due to that Biweekly got it and those were :-

more... Kalka officially has 25 Coaches and max upto 26 in season so IR cant reduce it to 20 because in a LHB rake till now max 20 coaches for pax is feasible.

First one is the most important one. Including all rakes total 20 Coaches are needed to be reduced to provide LHB to Kalka and which is not that easy.
