I had to reach Delhi in emergency, I am from KMME (near Dhanbad) so I booked a break journey ticket
KMME -DOS in 13151 and DOS to NDLS in 12877. (Done thrice before, a waitover for 1-1.5 hours at DOS).
I had to catch 13151 at KMME at 4PM. After 3 pm things started changing in life
1. My brand new belt buckle broke. Cool Who cares I had an old one
2. At 3.15 pm I saw in google news that Muri express derailed which had halted trains from CNB. (I guessed it might be 18102 down Muri express later turned out to be up one)
3. I reached KMME 12273 HD cruised past followd by 13331 ,my train 13151 came at KMME 9 mins late. (WOW)

At next passing stop Mugma (MMU) it halted at 4.15 pm on the loop line.(Shunt not possible)
Since 12273 HWH Duronto (at PKA at that time) go ahead at KMME itself with too 13331 (at CAM )
-> Half an hour later it is announced that HD has broken the overhead power line. (Good gracious)
-> At 7 pm it left MMU (my heart already in my mouth)
-> I knew I was in for a disaster so quickily checked for current avl in all HWH/SDAH rajdhnai
(I had been lucky before when I had missed 12329 and got Current 3a in 12301)
->Before GMO my train had been shunted and overtaken by Rajdhni.
So I just ate dinner cursed my luck and slept (TTE had been informed already I requested for an extension of reservation for which he never came back)
Next morning I reached MGS at 6.45 AM. I skirted out and bought a General ticket MGS-DLI via Sultnapur (the guy gave me via Amethi)
When I came back I saw 12369 Kumbh express delayed by 6.30 hours come at MGS.
Noe being a train guy I knew that there are three routes from BSB to LKO via PBH, SLN and FD
The shortest and some section double gauge being Sultanpur which all the superfast take so I swithced over to Kumbh express.
Before reaching BSB I saw 12259 (Pic:1) which had departed at 6.30 AM from MGS stop at KASHI.
Seeing the WAP-4 I for 12369 and 12259 a quick realization.
Since only SLN route is electrified all ALD bound train must be using the same. (cursing myself)
From BSB to ZFD all went well. As soon as It changed way to SLN I noticed that the train halted at every station (Literally)
