Q-4: So how do I avail these facilities?
A-4: Go to the main registration counter of the lounge. If you have already pre-booked the same, do present the receipt at the counter. If not pre-booked, you can go to the counter and avail these facilities, on payment and presentation of ID Card. You will be given an electronic access card. Swipe the card to unlock the door and enter the lounge.

Q-5: I had made just a basic reservation (pre-booking). I wish to avail some additional facilities, viz. wash/change, lunch, dinner, etc. I even wish to extend my stay at the lounge. How do I avail that?
A-5: When you present your booking receipt, do inform the person in charge the facilities you wish to avail. Make the payment and obtain coupons for the same.

Q-6: What is this wash and change facility?
A-6: It is a great facility for those who are on the go, and have little time to freshen-up and want to catch a connecting train or head to a meeting in the city. Priced at Rs. 125/-, you will be given a towel, a kit consisting of soap, shampoo and conditioner. You can keep your luggage in the locker and head to the bathroom for a wash. There's a dry area for changing as well, nearby. If alone, you need not worry about luggage as you will be given a key for locker by the attendant.

Q-7: What is included in the food menu?
A-7: When you avail just the basic service, you are entitled to complimentary tea/coffee or Rooh Afza rose sharbat. When you avail a breakfast/lunch/snacks/dinner option, you can get buffet meal consisting of Soup, Roti/Parantha, Paneer vegetable, chicken curry, dal, rice, ice-cream. There's a separate dining area with tables and chairs (restaurant style) so you need not worry about where to sit and eat. When the dining area is full, you are permitted to take your plate to the sitting area. There's even a counter in the dining area where you can purchase items such as Rail Neer, biscuits, wafers, cakes, chocolates, etc. at MRP.
