Sir pichle saal hi fare hike hua tha, and that too not small,but a huge hike.
Lekin last one year se koi khaas suvidha nahi mili hai hume. For the suvidha, only suvidha express chali hain,nothing else. Modi govt is behaving like IR is not in govt hands, but in private sectors hand.
Moreover pantry cars are going to be removed. Yes i agree pantry car is a dangerous thing regarding fire, but still in the history of IR, hardly ever any train has caught fire solely due to pantry car.

Its the double game..
First they impose 120 day ARP so that people book ticket early and railway gets the interest on that money ..
Second increase the cancellation charge as people cannot plan there future travel 120 days before and their plan most probably will change ..so they will cancel the ticket and will loose their precious money...

This is wrong. I'm partially against it. Cancellation charges should be taken only on confirmed tickets. Why take charges from those people whose tickets are no confirmed before or after chart preparation. It should also include the tickets which were in WL but confirm after some time.
