I have partially confirmed TATKAL ticket for tomorrow travel.out 3 passengers,1 is confirmed and 2 are in waiting.my questions are
1.if my ticket status remains same that is 1 CF,2 WL,can remaining 2 wll be allowed to travel the train?
2.if status remains same and if I wish to cancel it,will i Get refund? if yes how much will I get.

at 7 pm and the train starts at 8 am same day,so chart will be prepared 4 hrs before ,so after prepariong the chart and if my status remains same,can I cancel the ticket say 4 hrs before my actual journey starts (3pm ) and get refund?

for a partial confirmed ticket, all the passengers are allowed to travel.
But that's your choice to travel 3 persons in single confirmed berth or not.

And if you want to cancel ticket after chart preparation, then you can file TDR giving reason as "Partial Confirmed"!
The refund amount may differ from 50% to just few clerical charges!

1.The CNF passenger can travel & other two if TTE accepts can travel and also have to adjust in the One berth/seat of CNF passenger.
2.Yes you can cancel it and shall refund for all passengers minus clerical charges. Need to file TDR.
3.Yes but you need to file TDR can't cancel..

I think i will wait till 3 pm to see if my status updates or not? And after that i will file tdr.can confirmed passenger needs any proof that he has not travelled the train?
If train is leaving at 8 am today why the chart is not prepared till nw?

you dont have to show any proof or something now.
You just need to file TDR.
