I have 3 AC class- ticket containing -4- family members.
of 1097-Pune - Ernakulam"Poorna Exps" as of 26.12.2009 Departure 2310 Hrs from Pune
Tickets are booked thru internet (E tickets)
Right now One gor RAC 12 and other 3 got WL 01-WL 02-WL 03 position going on! Can some one tells me will it be confirm within next 24-hours

One more thing as your ticket is E Ticket and also one of your passenger is in RAC. So now it is partially Confirmed/RAC ticket, so as per rule all the passenger can board the train but it will be the decision of TTE that he allows all the passengers to travel in reserved compartments or not. But with that ticket you can travel in general compartment(non confirmed passengers), no need to buy fresh ticket. Because earlier we discussed lot on this issue so I am telling you some TTE may say that you are not authorized to board the train but its wrong. I have written document from a govt website which clearly says that partially confirmed/RAC ticket passengers are allowed to board the train.

I have another confirm sleeper class ticket for all of us for the same train and same day, which was taken as safety and due to not getting confirm of my 3 AC ticket.
When should I cancel this? after charts prepared or before 1hour of departure of train? what will be charges to be borne by me for this

Sir you have not written that ticket booked in SL class is e ticket or PRS ticket. If its e ticket then you cant cancel it after chart preparation. You can cancel it only before chart preparation and you will get the refund as per railway rules.
After chart preparation you have to file tdr for e tickets which is a long process and may take too much time(May be 3 months or long) to get the refunds.
So be cautious and take the decision before chart preparation because as I written earlier...

I My 3AC e-tickets(all) are being shifted to RAC from WL. Thanks for guidence.
I have cancelled my sleeper e-tkts just now(before chart preparation) @25% is dedcuted and rest is being credited thru system.
