12045 NDLS Chandigarh Shatabdi Express will be running with almost 400 Empty seats and only 200 reserved seats for a full next week ahead. I am really afraid why Railways is running this bull shit Train which is a huge loss to Railways and also disturbing the lives of Daily Passengers more then 4000 by overtaking 64461 HNK MEMU and 64471 PNG MEMU.
