Had a conversation with Joydeep as well!!!As far as my info goes and my knowledge about the area,NJP has a lot of vacant spaces on Ambari Falakata end and that is possibly the place for E loco shed.SGUJ already has a DEMU shed and needs to work on PF expansions.NJP s location is also crucial for the shed as that will help to have a seamless loco changes and they wiuldnt have to enter NJP SGUJ dense sector

No I meant on that end,its in NJP only.Just entering NJP when coming from NCB side lft hand side to be precise.

name of the shed doesn't matter at all... going to do job for NFR & MLDT Div of ER as well...

Probably it will be in the land which was earlier earmarked for Rail axle Factory in NJP only.Its going to be a huge facility around NJP
