Complain Description:
On 12.05.2015 the HWH bound DN Puri HWH Shatabdi Exp was late by 1hour 30 mins and it entered at PF 23 of HWH with VSKP WAM-4 21350 in charge at about 15.15 pm. Accordingly it departed from HWH with VSKP WAM-4 in charge at 16.05pm.(1hour 40 mins late) and reached Puri at 00.15hrs(2hours 5 mins late) at PF 1A on 13.05.2015. My coach was C6. It was a very pathetic experience as because there is "NO WATER SUPPLY" in the Lavatories of the Coach....

The Coach and the Vestibule was uncleaned. Foul smell emitting from the Lavatories. I had a chat with our Coach Attendant regarding these issues but he told me that if I am unsatisfied then please lodge complain to the TTE. But it was a pleasant Surprise that "NOT A SINGLE ON BOARD TTE AND CLEANING STAFF WAS FOUND IN OUR COACH OF THIS TRAIN FROM HWH TO PURI" on that very day. I enquired about the reason of using VSKP WAM-4 in place of SRC WAP-4 for this train but he told that he didn't know about the reason(Already on 11.05.15 this train entered Puri on 02.15AM due to breakdown of WAP-4 SRC before Jajpur Keonjhar Road). But he agreed with me that HWH Puri route has RDSO Clearance for running WAP-7 with such Important Trains(Documents available in IR's Official Website [/blog/post/1392901) & |[/blog/post/1392901)|/blog/post/1392901)] here] but neither ECOR nor SER pay heed to this matter.The Food provided to us were of very Poor Quality. But the behavior of the Staffs was GOOD ONLY this plus point was the "OASIS" in the DESERT of so many Negetivities of this Train on that Day. Now I have the Following Queries to the Mechanical & other Staffs of Indian Railways: 1 Why in Spite of RDSO Clearance of running WAP-7 in HWH Puri Route this train is given age old Conventional Loco WAM-4 & WAP-4 ? This train is a VVIP Train of Indian Railway if I am not wrong and a High Patronage Train with the Highest Fare than all other trains in HWH Puri Route and people avail this Train to reach Puri in a day but in reality very often this Train is delayed inordinately for the failure of Loco(i.e WAP-4 & WAM 4) and reach Puri at dawn or midnight of the Next Day. If I am not wrong for all VVIP Trains(i.e Shatabdi & Rajdhani) we have dedicated 3-Phase Passenger loco(i.e WAP-5 & WAP-7) built by Chittaranjan Locomotive Works so why WAP-7 is not provided with this Train? What is the problem of using WAP-7 with this Train? Can Railway Officials please explain.. 2 Catering & Cleaning Services of this Train should be upgraded and onboard cleaning staff should be provided in this Train. Hope the Railway Officials will pay their due attention to the above queries made and do the needful in this regard at their earliest convenience.

In the First Screenshot of the PNR "Passenger Mobile Number" is crossed for security Reason.
But this PNR is showing as "FLUSHED PNR" in the Railway Website(Screenshot Attached) which means IR has deleted this PNR from their Records which is not at all a "GOOD PRACTICE" on the part of Indian Railways.
