Recently traveled from Hyderabad to Mumbai by Mumbai express.(TR 17032 & PNR 4114619034). Came to Hyderabad station earlier by about two hours.
I had confirmed reservation of 2 AC. Hence went to upper class waiting room. To my wonder, upper class AC waiting room at Hyderabad station is PAID service.
A separate common waiting room is available adjacent to this which is NON AC and free.
all other stations in India, waiting room as per your class is free service. Here they charge RS 20/- per person for first 2 hrs and then Rs 10 per hour. Why railway has this discrimination??
More ever the toilets were not clean in paid service and all AC were also not functional.
Can any one guide where to officially make the complaint??

Complain to the railway ministry (@railminindia) , Mr. Suresh Prabhu (@sureshprabhu) via twitter regarding this problem.

For complaints of Govt services India Govt has opened a website : click here
You may visit it.
Under Ministry of Railways you need to lodge your complaint give details of your PNR/ date of visit to said rooms, and also Name of the official who could not / refused to help
Keep in mind that your complaint is not vague, and
keep the print of same on your PC in format '.prn'
Keep on following up every month.
and send a copy of cmplaint to local newspaper too.
