After alighting from CSTM HYB exp , wait for some time and board the 06:10 am departing mmts to Secunderabad.
This is Falaknuma bound MMTS which goes via Secunderabad station. Hardly 15 minutes is taken. It departs from Pf 1 of Begumpet.
There is no Waiting room at Begumpet. But good amount of seats are available on Pf. Water cooler is also present. You can easily wait at Begumpet Pf.

Yep...actually its a Suburban station , not a full fledged station.
This station is used by long journey Lingampalli areas passengers to take MMTS and also as the Change over point for Hyderabad to Secunderabad stations.

will tea-coffee be available in the early morning at Begumpet i.e. around 5- 5 30 am ? Also will water bottles be available ?
Tea sellers do roam on the Pf...But packaged Water bottles are not available.
Instead there are Working Water coolers present of Pf 1 near the GRP booth. Fill your empty bottle from there.
PS: When i was last time present at BMT, cooler was there and was giving chilled purified water. But i can't guarantee whether its working at present or not.
