I agree with u but some changes are to be made in the trains looking at the previous bookings of the trains if a train has a rush between some intermediate station then their quota shud be increased

It has good occupancy but intermediate stations are also important in this train's journey so a bit of quota shud be increased for those stations also
who told empty.. see the condition at jaipur .. people are running behind tte for seat even for 1500 extra...
May be u have seen this thing only once at jp, i'm not telling this train remains empty but this train doesn't fully packed also from end to end as i have travelled in this train 4-5 times & seen this train 10 times & i never seen this train fully packed
