Hi, I need to catch Ppune PPTA from DD to KTE on 21st May, 2016. Can I catch 11208 Chennai mail from Wadi-DD, I know buffer time is less but based on your experience, What do you all suggest?

U very easily can grab it as PUNE-PPTA gets reversal & its quite lengthy process there which takes minimum 30 Minutes!!
Dont think PUNE-PPTA would ever DEP in-time @ DD!!

yes you can catch it. I did it once. because of reversal 12149 departs 10-15 mins late.

bro..
i use many time this chain from last 5 years, when i was in solapur, for going JBP(my home town).
1. 11028 generallly arrives 15-30 minit daley at SUR, but it arrives on time on DD.
2. 12149 arrives DD before 11028 on PF 2
3....

11028 arrives on PF 5/6.
4. regularly 11028 depart first then 12149.
see, as my point n experience you can go ahead with 11028-12149 bcz there is no passenger train between SUR n DD as 12170(14:00) and 11028(18:00) on friday, saturday and sunday as well as from Wadi, between nagrcoil trains n 11028 mail.
if you dont want to take risk, just move to pune/ DD with udyan or nagarcoil trains, or come at solapur (by road/train) and take 12170, which is depart at 14:00 n reached DD 16:45(Appro.) n Pune 18:00.
