Shortest route suggestion through Bangladesh!!
Dear #moderator Sir and #admin there is some error with shortest route finder on the Atlas. I had searched for trains from KGG to HWH and for result I got 15228 with distance of 547 km. However, IRI mentioned there is shorter route of 412 km. But, as per search result the shorter route passes through Bangladesh. Also, there is same result is when I am searching for shortest route from NJP to HWH or GHY-HWH. The rail route crosses over to Bangladesh from Kaliyaganj (WB) to Dinajpur (BD).

Sorry about what has happened to you. What I understood from the route from NJP to HWH via the shortest path, there is a jump. Can you figure out that? The jump is basically from Naogaon (in Bangladesh) to Tarakeswar (in ER Zone). That is due to a wrong placement of a station from Bangladesh called "Tilakpur" near Tarakeswar. Now that mistake has been identified, it has been correctly located by our Atlas Monitor. But it takes little time for the map getting updated. Kindly wait for a few days. I feel, this error will automatically go away.
