I have a waitlist 38 ticket in this train for today from Mumbai to Shirdi in Sleeper class. What are the chances of confirmation?

I found that in Lower berth quota there are 2 seats available. Can I book in this quota? To whom is Lower berth quota alloted?

Lower berth quota is kept reserved for sr citizens traveling alone.
If you fit in the criteria then u will be alloted these berths
