LHB_for_18047~ 10584 blog postsDate of Inaugural is 23rd December 2006 from HWH and 24th December 2006 from VSG. Was present physically with my father at first run from Vasco.
Loco link was GY WDM3A.
That time it was a SF with numbering as 2847 from HWH and 2848 from VSG. Sadly now its degraded to M/E.
Please update the inaugural dates admin.

When the on going electrification work between nallapadu[guntur] and guntakal is completed, its speed can be increased. Then it wii become a super fast train.
But I don't think much speed can be increased with electrified single track as presently its diesel link is 6200 HP Twin Alco combo, but HPT to LD track doubling work is going on which can definitely increase its speed further LD to VSG track doubling will also be undertaken.
Sir check its average between HWH to QLM its already 55 whereas from QLM to HWH its 54. So atleast one town of Goa has SF connectivity from HWH.
