Does it mean a passenger does not get even tea on board ?

The train run schedule dont need any viable catering option to b run on-board as its strictly overnight with quite early ARR!!
Smetimes in such train, u get catering @ AC Coach (like LKO Mail/Varuna Exp where On-Board Catering is a big no, but u gonna find IR assigned vendor @ AC Coach who cater the demand. Even Varuna Exp CC Staff can b seen to serve KOTA-PNBE Exp)!!
