i have just checked the arrival history of 12581 at ndls no doubt having good amount of slack which is due to schedule ot by rajdhani`s ......train is doing good amazed to see train has avg delay is negligible in past one month the max delay at ndls is 43mins and have only 2 RED entry 17 Green and rest is in Yellow (means almost on time with delay of 1min to 15min)
same pattern follow by 12582 having 4 RED entry 21 Green and rest is in Yellow(negligible delay).

2 RED and 17 Green entry the punctuality rating for 12581 is Average.
similarly with 4RED and 21 Green punctuality rating of 12582 is good.....i think both deserve more becoz having no LHB no 130MPS but still doing excellent...plz give a thought on it what we r giving and wat is actual.

for punctuality it must be automated direct linked to arrival history no human intervention so no biased rating .....rest can be given by the traveler

i can understand the red for 12559 latest one and previous also ....being a 110kmph MPS its punctuality is superb.

yes if for a delay of minutes someone is rating punctuality as red then some new colors would be needed for the trains having delay in hours
