i live in railway colony visit station every morning and evening and have seen practicaly no express other the mfp intercity and other 12 coach passenger can only accomodate on platform 2 and 3.not ever bgp dnr intercity start from here as platform cant accomodate it

I attached a document from railways that provides details of each platform at Bhagalpur. Platform 2 and 3 is primarily used for passenger trains and a few express trains, not because it cannot accommodate long trains, but because there are other wider and longer platforms (1, 4, 5) that can be used. Also, platform 2 and 3 does not have a shed, is not wide so cannot handle many passengers; and is not connected to all 3 over bridges. I have been to the station and the platform is fairly long. It starts at the same point on the west side as platform 1, and ends about hundred meters before on east side.

If u r from Bhagalpur let's meet and I will saw u practical come at 9.30 jayanger howrah passenger 12 coach covers full platform area.just coming from station,i thought of taking pic for proof but u can't cover full platform in a single pic. So I challenge don't go only on only data come and see the practical only express of 12 coach mfp intercity runs from here.
