So train must be running good till it reaches SRC outers, only after SRC it gets affected.
And by the way few months back it never used to give ontime arrivals at HWH not even a single one, so i posted a pgportal grievance but look at their reply given.
I was hoping for a reply like you gave me but their reply was simply weird, given for the sake of giving.

Grievance Description : Sir, Train No. 18048 is the only direct connection from Goa to Howrah and an important train for states like Goa, Orissa and West Bengal. But it has been given a pretty odd arrival time at Howrah Junction ie. late night at 22.40. But the problem is the train never reaches Howrah Junction on time always arrives with either a 15 minutes delay or a more than one hour delay. As per my observations from NTES there is not even a single ontime arrival for this train at Howrah Junction. Earlier its arrival at Howrah was 22.25 even at that time it never arrived ontime mostly arrived with 15 minutes delay and now its been slowed down by 15 minutes ie. arrival changed to 22.40 at Howrah and still never arrived ontime. So I kindly request you to improve the punctuality of this train and make it arrive ontime at Howrah on most of its runs as this train is the only link to East India from Goa. Thank You.

Details : Indian Railways make all efforts to run trains on time. However, trains do run late sometimes due to various reasons like miscreant activities, alarm chain pulling, natural calamities such as cyclonic storms or damage to track due to breaches, law and order problems, bad weather, cattle run over and electricity grid failure, equipment failure etc.
