Is Arriving RT at Howrah all depending on luck ?
Has been alloted more than 2 hours to cover KGP HWH but still stuggling to enter HWH on time.
Is it SRC where the congestion lies or HWH ?
Today it departed BZN at 21.43 as per NTES but still failed to reach RT at HWH. Arrived 15 minutes late.

Really, very strange reply from the officials.

If a HWH bound train reaches almost on time at KGP (or not more than 15 mins delay), it generally doesn't get delayed by more than 15-20 mins at HWH. it is from my past experience. Trains which have early morning arrivals at HWH (e.g. MAS - HWH Mail, CKP - HWH Passenger), sometimes reach before time there. As I already told you before, getting a PF clear in HWH New Complex during rush hours sometimes becomes non-trivial.
