If your intention is to speed up Godavari, ask for it. Why to bother about other trains?
If you think 12709 is speeded up, then once check the current schedule and the updated schedule. You will know whether it's speeded-up or not. Check once before you post, please. And yes 12710 is speeded-up.

Sir, 12763 arrives MLY by 05.00 and sometimes I personally saw 12763 @ 04.45 MLY and SC by 05.10 (am a regular traveler in 12763 from NLR-SC). Should I too ask for 12763 SC arrival before?

Yes, it's a mistake only, w.r.t 12710 and later w.r.t 12709
Firstly RSA with Devagiri is first BIG fault.
Later because of Devagiri incoming, timings have been changed from 21.30 to 22.00 and 22.30 later, now it's 22.55
