that's cheating, there should be substantial savings in time if a train is converted into SF. Least expected from WR.

if I am right, when this train terminated at jodhpur instead of bgkt, its time was 5 pm only. When it was terminated at bgkt later on, no there was no change in timing. Ideally the timing should have been 4:50 pm. Effectively, IR is doing no change in the schedule of this train. It has just done cosmetic change in the TT and charging extra from pax.
I don't know what's that problem in actually speeding up this train as there is a lot of slack in it if compared to other SF trains like suryanagari which has much more stops than 19065/66.

19065 bdts-bgkt has been speed up by 35 min. it will now depart 25 min later at 23:55 from bdts and reach bgkt 10 min earlier at 16:50. And 19066 has been speed up by 20 min. It will now depart bgkt 20 min later at 19.40 instead of 19.20 and reach bvi at same time at 11:57 next day
