TATA-ALLP and DHN-ALLP are trains of two different zones (ECR & SER) which are running in combine mode.
So i also dont feel like seperate running of these trains. It is such a pathetic crawler with record halts. Let it be as it is.
Instead i would say ECR should start a totally New SF train from Jharkhand to South or atleast A Biweekly DHN-MAS SF via RNC-MURI-ROU-JSG-VSKP.

But then what about the passengers from Jamshedpur, CKP and surrounding areas ??? The passenger associations over there also have been for long demanding a separate rake with slight speeding up. This was also taken by the previous MP of JSR [Dr Ajoy Kumar]
I feel the biggest challenge in separating the two is the fact that currently both run daily with 7 rakes. So getting more rakes and another time slot for such a long dist is a big challenge.

In one Go , IR can NEVER connect the whole of Jharkhand with South India. Its Impossible to start a train which could cater Tata-Dhanbad-Bokaro-Ranchi in One Go. If a Train from Tata is started , then Only Tata and CKP region will get benefited, whereas if a dedicated Dhanbad to south is started, then Ranchi and Bokaro will also get benefits.
But yes, If a dedicated SF is started , then atleast Tata-Allp Slip coaches should be increased in this train and DHN-Allp coaches should be reduced.
