Below changes will be implemented by me:
1) Discontinue 1st AC, 2nd AC, ECC, CC, 2S. Replace 2S with SL and the rest of above AC coaches with 3rd AC.

Remove all the concessions except Defence force concessions.
5) Decrease ARP to 30 days for all trains.
6) Remove tatkal, premium tatkal, dynamic fare system.
7) Standard coach composition for all long distance trains as below taking LHB into consideration. SL-10, GS-5, 3rd AC-5, EOG-2. Run EOG on bio-diesel.
8) Standard coach composition for all day time intercity trains as below taking LHB into consideration. SL-8, 3rd AC-4, GS-8, EOG-2. Run EOG on bio-diesel.
9) Remove pantry cars from all trains and introduce E-Catering or on-board catering.
10) Remove HO quota permanently.
11) Promote unreserved SL tickets for short distance passengers in long distance trains.
12) Develop alternative routes to the congested routes.
13) Setting up of Nuclear Power plant for aiding in Electrification of all the IR routes and convert all the EOG to pure bio-diesel.
14) Running of all the passenger trains on time.
15) Development of pit lines and coach maintenance in all the district headquarters and extension of capital city trains to the nearest district headquarters to de-congest capital cities.
16) Identify officers who succumb to all kind of lobbies like bus, flight etc and promote railways.
17) Convert all the tier 1, 2 and 3 railway stations into shopping malls from first floor onwards with ground floor being the platform for trains.
18) Allowing the naming of all trains to the advertisement parties to earn revenue.
19) Remove the pension in the railways.
20) Convert all the level crossing into ROB and RUB.
21) Implement RSA for all capital city trains so that their PM and SM shifts to the small cities and hiring of local people for it.
22) Remove Rajdhani, Duronto, Shatabdi, Yuva, Garib Rath, Jan Shatabdi, Hum Safar, Tejas, Uday, AC double decker type trains and bring a resolution to prevent future RM to not allow the introduction of such trains in future.
23) Discontinue PRS system and introduce e-tickets for including general and suburban tickets.
24) Increase the MPS of all sections to one standard of 150 Kmph.
25) Prevent the students from entering railway stations during examination drive. Punishment for people to make them pay in case of damage to railway property.
